The World Travel Tourism Council (WTTC) rates Antigua as the second most reliant nation on tourism in the world and the Caribbean as the most dependent of any region.
Antigua beaches are all public, even those that front five-star properties.
When visiting Antigua you will come arcross the word Wadadli in many different places and contexts from beer to internet cafes; the word is the original name for Antigua and it was used until Columbus ‘discovered’ the island in 1642.
