Recognition for the Antonine Wall

UNESCO have announced that the Antonine Wall, which once cut across Scotland from the Forth to the Clyde, is to be given UNESCO World Heritage status which puts it on a par with other great historic monuments such as Machu Picchu in Peru and the Egyptian Pyramids. (more…)
