The Dutch government and the Dutch passenger operator NS, have signed an agreement with Eurostar which will see the launch of direct Eurostar service between London and Amsterdam commencing in December 2016.
The new service is part of a programme of improvements to HSL-Zuid in The Netherlands and it will see two services per day operating between the two cities. The journey time is expected to be around four hours and will include stops at Brusels, Antwerp, Rotterdam and Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport.
